These bagels are a wonderful seeded bagel that is full of flavors, and they are 100% whole grain. That being said, they are gluten-free to boot. These bagels have savory blends of garlic and onion and not like any other bagel. I knew when I tasted these that I had found what I had been missing in my everyday boring bagel!  With no GMOs which is a big deal breaker for me, they are also dairy and soy and nut free. 

The everything bagels are great with anything and Everything. They are great for breakfast or just eating them at any time of the day. Only 250 calories a bagel which is a lot less than most of the bagels on the market, and they are always 100% fresh. I love eating these with a chicken salad spread on them for lunch and then just eating them with a cream cheese spread is also delicious. I am loving the Canyon Bakehouse Bagels!

We have all tried canned Chicken and some were good, some not so good. I can't really say there has been a canned chicken that I have been excited enough that I want to brag about it.
